Doctor Deborah's Unique Perspective and Skills Can Benefit You

“Dr. Deborah” has spent her lifetime learning and synthesizing the best of what Eastern & Western medicine has to offer to the person in pain and developing her healing touch. Initial Veterinary training at Michigan State University developed palpatory, sense and observational skills and introduced her to Acupuncture. She pioneered Veterinary Housecall Service in Monterey, California in 1979.
After five years of Clinical Apprenticeship she became a California Board-Certified Acupuncturist in 1984. Desire to incorporate Manual Medicine techniques drew her back to Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine for her D.O. in 1998, then completed Internship & Residency in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine in 2002, and achieved Board Certification in Anesthesiology in 2006. Her practice devoted to Osteopathic Principles and Manual Medicine began in Seattle from 2013 - 2022.
Currently relocated on beautiful Monterey Peninsula, with the intention of adding back the Veterinary component, applying my skills in the Equine arena for performance and dressage horses, I welcome inquiries for local treatment, with house calls available, as well as arranging 1 to 2-week visits back to Washington State depending on demand.
